We clarify the duty profile, identify candidate original manufacturers, normalize quotations and request exact-configuration evidence. A specification sheet or reference link gives the sourcing conversation a traceable starting point.
What remains separate
Manufacturing, dealer representation, import approval, registration, financing, insurance and destination compliance are outside this service. Qualified buyer-appointed parties decide whether a proposed vehicle and its documents fit the intended market.

Duty
Describe terrain, grades, route width, operating hours, weather, occupants and cargo tasks. State whether the vehicle works on private property, a managed recreation area or another controlled site.
Configuration
Record seating, enclosure, drive layout, powertrain, braking, tires, cargo box and accessories. Treat payload and towing as values for the quoted model and options, not a family maximum.
Quantity
List units by configuration and identify a sample, pilot or planned order. MOQ, sample availability, capacity and lead time require a current response from each candidate supplier.
Destination
Name the US state or port, requested delivery window, Incoterm, inspection scope and document needs. Separate vehicle price from packing, inland transport, freight, duty and destination services.

A category name cannot resolve performance, condition or regulatory applicability. Keep every unresolved point visible in the comparison ledger.

Ask for payload capacity, towing capacity and hitch tongue weight for the exact seating, cargo-box and accessory configuration. Confirm whether occupants, fluids and fitted equipment are included in the stated basis.
How should electric proposals be read?
Separate nominal battery capacity from usable kWh, then record connector, AC or DC charge power and range test basis. Terrain, load, speed and temperature can make real duty differ from a published test-cycle result.
What does a compliance document prove?
Only its stated scope. FMVSS, EPA or other material must match the vehicle category, exact model, configuration and model year. TrailAxis Source does not grant import, registration or compliance acceptance.

Include quantity, destination and the ratings that must be verified. An optional budget may state an amount or range, currency and per-unit or total-order basis; supplier preference may be high-end, mid-range, economical or undecided.
